Young Nats: Alien Invaders (the plant kind)

June 6, 2020 @ 10:00 am

Some plants don’t belong where they are, we often just call these weeds. But, when these plants (often from far away places like Asia or Europe– hence, alien) come to Canada, without any competitors or predators, start to take over, and invade our native habitats.

Visit a local Sarnia park and help fight the battle against some of our invaders by helping us remove them. We will talk about what they are, how to spot them, and how to get rid of them.
