Timberdoodles and Bogsuckers

American Woodcock, courtship, evening, ritual, sounds, walk
Back by popular demand!   An evening walk to hear and see timberdoodles (aka bogsuckers, or American Woodcocks) engaged in their spring courtship ritual. There is a good lek (gathering of males) here every year. You may also hear frogs, toads and owls. Meet at the Perch Creek Management Area at 7:30 pm.
